Our instruments identify problems in the operation of transformers and high-voltage circuit breakers. They allow evaluation of the maintenance quality.

For 26 years of work we have grown into high-grade specialists in the field of professional equipment manufacture and high-voltage equipment diagnosis.

Our Company is a full — cycle company

• Design of any instrument starts with thorough market analysis. This analysis forms the base for manufacture of unique instruments, for example, MIKO-2.3 that weighs 2.7 kg and has measurement current of 1,000 A is a unique instrument in the world with such combination of performances.
• After selling the instrument we provide continuous servicing and support: gauging, testing, maintenance, consultations.
• The testing laboratory of SKB EP is certified by the Federal Service for Accreditation RusAccreditation (calibration: ISO/IEC 17025 and testing: ISO/IEC 17025) for technical competence in instruments testing measuring. All manufactured products undergo obligatory tests.
• We train specialists that use our instruments. For that purpose we hold workshops: a yearly three-day workshop in Irkutsk; workshops in other cities of Russia, Kazakhstan, and Byelorussia.
• We train specialists for instruments operation: we develop courses of lectures for technical higher educational institutions of Russia, e.g., for Angarsk State Technical Academy, for Shchelkovsky Polytechnic College, for Irkutsk State Technical University, for Tomsk Polytechnic University.

Since 1991 we have developed 30 models of instruments that are used at 8,000 companies of Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
